it’s so long that i haven’t write in this bolg..gomen nasai!!!!!out of idea….i have told you already that i’ll make this thing half way….anyway…just a few days more before the exam day..so i can’t think anything else except the exam things!!! just pray for our success…hehheh..then i’ll have a nice 1 week holiday at home before entering another year of medical students’ life….to all my frens out there…ganbatte ne!!! 
i tought that i can finished my case write up on sunday..hehehhe…now,it’s already monday but i just finished only half way!!! too many differential diagnosis to be discussed on…hmm..the most part that i hate is the lab investigations…this patient already had more than 20 investigations that have been done..huh…upon discharged,the diagnosis is VIRAL FEVER only!!!haiyaa!!!penatlah aku nak tulis!!!
anyway….i have to stop now….wanna to finish my write up..this afternoon we have tutorial with dr wahab on failure to thrive..habislah,aku tak baca lagi ni….:(
too lazy to write anything in this blog…maybe next time…nothing happens…thinking of finishing the 3rd case write-up but i’m totally out of idea….but the case is quite interesting…hopefully can make it up by this sunday…huh, just want to concentrate on my study..the final exam is just around the corner!!! 
(thinking of going to common room and a have sleep….hopefully they won’t turn off the air cond…it’s too hot rite now!!!damn… i dun like people who turn off that thing….)
hmmm…nothing much to write on…yg paling penting aku sgt ngantuk hari nih..tido almost at 4 o’clock….cp dgn dr zain habis 12.30…seminar at 2.15….tak sempat nak tido pun..oklah..nak blah..nak tido dulu..tomorrow it’s my turn for cp..heh.nasib tak baik sbb kena present kat dr. zain…tetiap kali cp aku mesti dpt patient yg tah sakit apa tah..kali nih with prolonged fever..almost a month….dia punya lab investigations punyalah nak dekat 1001 jenis..masaklah aku kalau nak buat write up case tu…nak menyalin results dia dah satu kerja…nak interpret lagi lagi 10 kali kerja…ahh…baik balik tido dulu…ngantuk gila…dahlah si one-z buat seminar sampai 47 slide…tah apa lah yg dia citer pasal childhood tb tuh..tp tak per..nasib baik esok patient aku tuh dia punya differential is tuberculosis….sorilah wan….last2 tuh aku dah tak dgr…penat aku tahan ngantuk tau…fairuz nya seminar typhoid fever pun ok gak tadik…heheheh..another differential for my patient tomorrow….so tak yah lah aku nak baca bebbyk mlm nih…tak per..esok ptg seminar aainaa…hmm..dengue fever..very very important topic!!!(as what dr. zain said)…mesti esok tajuk tu sampai sepuluh jam….:P
